I have collected all resources I have worked with in this course. I am surprised how much I´ve d learned and how much I could put into practice. Definitely, the more resources we use in our class, the more we will improve the learning process.

FLIPGRID

Good afternoon!!

After many hours of working hard with this tool, I finally GOT IT!!

This time I found out a new tool called FLIPGRID where teachers and students can exchange "grids", In this case, I have created a kind of interview of myself in order to talk somethings about me. I also shared it in The world is my audience.

Hello everybody!

Today I would like to tell you about POWTOON. It is a helpful program to create animated videos.
A big variety of scenes, characters, locations can be chosen to design a video as complete as you want. Audio, images and sentences can also be introduced in order to achieve the purpose of this tool.

In my case, I should start with a new unit and taking advantage of the program I explain to children the grammar of the unit.
Using your own voice catch students attention easily and make them understand the issue better.

STORYBOARD

Hello everybody!!

This time I am going to tell you about Storyboards, another helpful tool to use in our class. We are going to start a new unit with my second graders: present continuous. So I decided to introduce it through a very simple six-frames storyboard.

In order to create it, I use the free program called Storyboard That. It is an instinctive application where a big variety of characters, scenes and dialogues can be chosen to elaborate an educational story.

PODCAST

WORLD BOOK DAY

Hello everybody.
 Today I discovered a new and very useful resource to support the distance learning process; PODCAST.
It was a little bit difficult to create, however, I found it essential.

The first step I made was to choose the right issue to develop it. Taking into consideration that this week was the World Book Day was easy to decide to talk about important people who have contributed to the literature. In this case, I chose Luis Braille.






Secondly, I recorded the script by Audacity program using some instrumental songs from Jamendo music.

Once that I had all audio ready It was uploaded through Ivoox creating the really podcast. 
Finally, that was the result...

In our reading day I am going to introduce you to a nice infographic to remember you the steps should be followed to read the story and understand it perfectly.
EASILY was the chosen program to design the below infographic. It was an easy process and even easier to understand and visualize the reading comprehension steps.

MINDMAP

Hello again!
One more time we are clarifying how to form the third person in the different verbs. In this case, I have elaborated a mindmap, it is a useful and a visual tool to explain it. The program chosen is MindMeister in which is possible to create these types of graphs in a few minutes.
